Standard Photo Shoot - Starting at $150
The standard photo shoot includes a number of professional interior and exterior images that are formatted and ready for use on MLS as well as other internet sites commonly used in real estate marketing such as Realtor.com. Wanda utilizes advanced lighting and image editing (HDR) techniques as well as a professional DSLR camera with pro lenses and equipment. Photos will be uploaded to a password protected gallery at www.wandaparsons.com, and available for you to download within 48 hours of the shoot.
Twilight/Dusk/Sunset/Sunrise Photos
An exterior shot taken at dusk can showcase the property landscape, lighting and other features that may not be seen in a daylight shot. Also, if the property features an amazing sunset or sunrise view, every attempt will be made to capture the view. These photos can add the WOW factor that your listing needs to sell quickly! Add $50 to the Standard Photo Shoot Price

Drone Services***
Get a truly unique perspective of your listed property using aerial drone photography or video. ***FAA Certified sUAS Pilot, Insured. Please note, according to FAA rules, use of a small unmanned aircraft system ("sUAS") for a commercial purpose requires a remote pilot certificate. This rule became effective on August 29, 2016. Graphic Design Services
Get a custom designed open house brochure, property flyer, postcard or other sales material. I do logos too. $25/Hour (Bid)
Professional Head Shots
Get a professional photo for your business card and other marketing materials. $60 per session, includes a digital copy of 2 poses. Discounts offered for multiple agents in same office.
All fees include travel within 30 miles of Union, MO. *Travel fees may apply if site is located outside of 30 mile radius.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and reschedules are no charge provided they are done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot date/time.
If I show up to a property and can't get in or the shoot is cancelled by the agent/seller, the fee is $25 minimum. If travel time exceeds an hour, you will be charged $25 per hour travel time.
In case of inclement weather, I will shoot interiors, and reschedule exterior for another day. There is no charge for rescheduling due to inclement weather.
